Admission to McLean

Post Acute Care
Patients are usually referred to McLean's Post Acute program from an acute care hospital. A physician, social worker or discharge planner makes the referral by calling McLean's Admissions Office at 860-658-3900.

Long Term Care Facilities
Patients may apply directly to McLean through our Admissions Department, at 860-658-3900. We are happy to send you a packet of information - use the contact us to make a request.

Waiting List
It is not unusual for there to be a wait when applying for residency at McLean. We encourage you to put your name on our waiting list as soon as possible. There is no charge to be on our list.

Tours
It is highly encouraged that patients and new residents and their families tour our facilities prior to admission. Tours of the Health Center, including The Robinson, can be arranged by calling the Admissions Department at 860-658-3900. Tours of McLean Village can be arranged by calling the Director at 860-658-3727.
