RN - Night Supervisor - 32 hours 11:15pm-7:15am with full benefits and attractive pay. Charge of the house and precept new staff; perform quality audits; identify new areas for improvement. Requires RN with long-term care or acute, sub-acute supervisory experience.
RN - Home Visits - managing one-to-one cases in the Farmington Valley and West Hartford. Flexible hours; laptop charting (Allscripts). Requires Home Care or recent acute care experience. Competitive pay and mileage. Per diem hours.
RN - Hospice Visit Nurse - cases in the Farmington Valley and West Hartford. Flexibility, one-to-one visits, laptop charting (Allscripts). Mileage, benefits and competitive pay. Per diem also available.
Certified Nurse Aides - per diem hours available all shifts working with residents in the following areas: assisted living, post-acute and long term care. Per diem may lead to regular hours and benefits.
Food Service Assistants - serve residents in our independent living dining room - Monday-Friday 5-8 and Sundays 11:30am-2:30pm.
Dishwasher - 30 hours weekly with benefits 7:00am-1:30pm. Busy kitchen environment. Previous experience preferred. Per diem hours also available.
Rehab opportunities - 40 hour with benefits for RPT inpatient post-acute; also per diem occupational and speech therapists for inpatient, outpatient and home care. Competitive pay, advanced technology; electronic charting.
