Code of Conduct - The McLean Way
McLean is an organization that values excellence, honesty, respect, and quality care and customer service.

- Deliver customer service that is courteous, responsive and caring.

Integrity
- Be honest and truthful in carrying out my duties.
- Treat my co-workers and clients with respect and dignity.
- Treat others as I would like to be treated.
Non-Discrimination
- Not engage in any discriminatory behaviors or actions.
Confidentiality
- Maintain confidentiality regarding patient/client/staff/business information.
- Respect the privacy of others and ensure information of a personal or business nature is not discussed.
Communication
- Listen and participate in open communication.
- Keep an open mind and seek accurate information to eliminate or avoid rumors.
Safety and Security
- Promote safety and follow all security rules and regulations.
Rules and Regulations
- Follow rules and regulations as outlined in the Employee Handbook or department directives.
Solicitation
- Not solicit for any outside organization or business from co-workers or customers on McLean property.
Gifts
- Not ask for or accept any personal gifts from families, customers, or vendors.
As an organization McLean will
- Treat you fairly and with respect and dignity.
- Provide training and tools for you to do your job.
- Provide a safe work environment.
- Be truthful.
- Make avenues for open communication available to you.
