Code of Conduct - The McLean Way

Treat my co-workers and clients with respect and dignity.

Non-Discrimination

Not engage in any discriminatory behaviors or actions.

Confidentiality

Maintain confidentiality regarding patient/client/staff/business information.
Respect the privacy of others and ensure information of a personal or business nature is not discussed.

Communication

Listen and participate in open communication.
Keep an open mind and seek accurate information to eliminate or avoid rumors.

Safety and Security

Promote safety and follow all security rules and regulations.

Rules and Regulations

Follow rules and regulations as outlined in the Employee Handbook or department directives.

Solicitation

Not solicit for any outside organization or business from co-workers or customers on McLean property.

Gifts

Not ask for or accept any personal gifts from families, customers, or vendors.
