Our Continuum

McLean recognizes that healthcare needs for people as they age are varied and changeable. At a point in time a healthy, active person who has chronic pain in one of their knees may elect to have that knee replaced. McLean will provide that person with post hospital post acute care and rehabilitation for a week or so after they are discharged from the hospital, the outpatient rehabilitation they need after they have been discharged from McLean, maybe the meals on wheels for a few days if they live alone and don't feel comfortable cooking for themselves, and the ongoing exercise classes for follow up strength-building and reconditioning. We hope that anyone in our community who has a healthcare need will call us and let us help them. We offer the flexibility of meeting your changing needs on an ongoing basis. We are just a phone call away - a full continuum for healthy aging.
