McLean is a leader in the Person Centered Care movement in Long Term Care. McLean participates in the Qualidigm quality assurance projects in CT for both long term care focusing on person centered culture change and for Visiting Nurses.
McLean is certified for Hospice Medicare Benefit.
McLean is certified by the Connecticut Association of Adult Day Centers.
McLean is licensed by the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health.

McLean has a Trustee Quality First Committee that is committed to the AASHA (www.AASHA.org) Quality First Principles and Initiative. The Management routinely presents quality data including quantifiable data on patient care and patient satisfaction surveys for all services to this committee for review. A staff Performance Improvement Committee meets quarterly reviewing data on all organizational services.
